Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements, completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service.

Prepare and obtain approval for budget and business plan. Achieve budget results as per the business plan. Business plan objectives to be achieved. Conduct regular team meetings and regular one on one staff meetings. Mentor and develop staff, including recommending training when required.
