This is a site based role and your main responsibility will be to implement cost controls and financial control procedures outlined in the construction contract (FIDIC experience required).
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
Experience of pre- contract and post-contract quantity surveying on Highways and Roads Projects.
Overseeing measurement of site works from drawings and evaluating the contractors monthly interim payments.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook).
Bachelor\'s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering is the minimum level requirement for this role.
Minimum of 10 years of post-graduate professional Quantity Surveying experience
Good command of both written and spoken English is a pre-requisite for this role.
Preference will be given to those candidates with GCC experience.
